Knife Purses

This months Knife World had an article on knife purses. Just so happens I got one in the mail the same day I recevied Knife World. I've got a few more but this ones the handiest to picture.

This old Schatt & Morgan has a nice leather pouch. Not sure if it is original to the knife but it is a good fit.

Those knives are all incredible but SK, that Schatt & Morgan is unreal. About what year was that knife made?

. I belive this one was made c1915 for export and use in the Canadian Navy.

OK here is my addition to the Purses. I really like to see a knife come with a purse. I see more English knives come that way.

This is an old Sheffield knife with an Ivory handle.

That is a beauty galvanic

. Seems these purses were popular in Sheffield for pearl, ivory knives and tortise shell knives. This multi-tool waS shown elsewhere but fits in here too.

I finally got around to taking pictures of the knives I have with their cases. I am also going to post the sheffield ones in the post for foreign made knives. Hope you like them.
