The Uk laws on knifes are very strict as some of you will know
would like to be able to use and carry a pocket knife that I have played with without getting nicked
So looking fo good grade blade with crap, scales that I can change and mess with
like single or double blades with some shape/interst
Uk pocket knives seem to have dissapeared after a long history
cheers

Well folder and fixed blade kits can be purchased at http://www.knifekits.com and they should be having some online instructor tutorials, actually build alongs and sharing of information at http://www.knifenetwork.com/forum/forum ... forumid=19
You would be liable to the laws and rules of your country.
Good Luck!

I think if you are looking for kit knives the 2 links I gave will serve you well, I learned from there first.
Thanks for the Brittish Blades link, I have been a visitor to that site many times through http://www.knifenetwork.com I have been thinking about joining, I should stop thinking and just do it.
For pocket knives we do have some excellent tutorials and information in the forums under this heading. Knife Creation, Modification, And Restoration Forums You will find some tutorials with how to's along with pictures to show what they are doing, great resources in there.
