Need date this Camillus

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

Because the marlin spike locks open, it's a "Riggers Knife" made approximately 1990 to close of business in early 2007.

I'll have to get it out and compare, but I have what appears to be the exact knife by Buck. My wife bought it for me in the early 80's. Did either company make knives for the other, or is mine just a similar knife, Joe.

For many years Camillus made Buck's folders for them.

The #697 Marlin Spike looks identical, but it has nickel silver bolsters. Has the silver been worn off on that one? The #697 is shown in the Camillus price lists and catalogs for decades, but as Jerry correctly points out, that 2-line tang stamp in 1990s until the end.
