Viva Las Vegas!!!

Post by MITCH RAPP »

8) I can hardly wait to get through this last work day of the week because next week I have off. On Tuesday I will make my annual "Road Trip" to Las Vegas. I can usually drive there under 4 hours and I really enjoy the desert scenery. I usually go to Las Vegas two or three times a year and almost always on the week of October 11th because that is our Wedding Anniversary date. ::tu:: This year I bought surprise tickets to see Celine Dion at Ceasars Palace. To be honest I don't care at all for her music ::barf:: but I know my Wife will be thrilled, so I will "Bite the Bullet". ::nod::

Hey MITCH...

Happy Anniversary, have a safe and lucky trip. ::nod:: ::tu::

I'll call and alert the Sportsbooks to raise all the limits...

There are some great restaurants there for sure. One of my longtime favorites is a place called Pieros. I'd say the Oso Bucco is killer...as are the Pasta dishes...and the salad with Beefsteak Tomatoes and Maui Onions is excellent. Of course the Palm right there at Caesar's is a fine place as well.

Have a great time! ::ds:: ::ds::

Enjoy Mitch.
Theres a martini bar in the Mandalay Bay called the Red Square. The calimari is very good. Its worth a visit if you get over there. For around $130 you can spend a half hour drinking vodka in the "cold room" dressed in Russian parkas and fur hats. I passed. Told the bartender I was from Michigan. If I wanted to drink in the cold I'd go out on my porch for free ::tounge:: .

I'll be out there for the week of the 22nd. Unfortunately its for business so I doub't I'll get to have too much fun.

Have fun and congrats on your wedding anniversary,

Chris

Reminds me of the guy that MUST have done really well in Vegas. He said he went there in a $25,000 automobile and came back home in a $750,000 bus.

Happy anniversary to you and the Missus, Mitch. How many years?
