Here is a link to a mind blowing knife made by Warren Osborne and engraver Brian Hochstrat. I must say this knife just took my breath away and it is waaaay beyond my budget. I hope I'm not breaking any rules fron the other site but this knife is just magnificent. I've seen a lot of beautiful "art knives" but this collaboration takes my breath away.

The picture was taken by Jim "Coop" Cooper who really captured the magnificence of this piece. You've probably seen his pictures in Knife World and Blade magazine as SharpByCoop.com Jim Cooper is an extrodinary photographer with great Photoshop skills. I hope to make a couple knives that are good enough to be in a photo shoot with "Coop".

WOW! What do you suppose the handle material is? EDIT: Forgot to mention, the detail in the engraving is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know. But the engraving has platinum and gold and is beautifully done. I've seen many "fancy art knives" now and many are stunning. Something about this one just made me think of it on a higher level, just had to share!
