Whittled cross

Postby doglegg » Mon Apr 16, 2018 8:52 pm

Been whittling on this since last October. Do a little and lay it aside. I started off by making the little square holes to small and too numerous. Broke out a couple. Make it for my Sister in Law who likes crosses for decoration. Finally finished it and gave it to her. Kind of rough but I don't smooth things out. A little stain and it turned out all right for me. No knife picture with it as I used about every knife that came along.

Reminds me of early primitive homestead type artwork. I really dig it. Thank you so much for sharing.
