Identification for ABC, Solingen, Germany

I found this today, and cannot find anything about "ABC". It measures
7 1/4" with a 3" blade. The only mark is the circle reflected in the photo
containing "ABC
Solingen
Germany"
I don't understand all the features of this utility tool,and cannot find
a thing on the net about "ABC" So, I was wondering if anyone had
any ideas. The instrument is silver plated, and came with a very nice
leather holster.

I've seen these with a leather holster, marked as a fishermans friend. For crimping lead shot, and removing hooks, etc.

Now it's starting to make sense. The"blade" on the right looks a lot like
a saw, but not really. Now, I'm thinking it's a scaler. Thanks for the
feedback.
