Todd Allan Buckeye Burl

Post by El Lobo »

Here is a handy little knife made by Todd Allan. I used to see Todd at Arizona shows, but haven't for awhile. I believe he was working with Barry Dawson at one time.

It came with a kydex sheath, but I liked this sheath, and set it up for back pocket carry. I sized it, and shaved a bit off one coner, so it stays in the pocket, but gives me a purchase point for leverage...even with a button on the back pocket.

Just a little fun here on a quiet day.

Bill

Buckeye, another favorite, but it needs to be stabilized, to many soft and pithy spots. Both K&G and WSSI do a great job, I have some on hand and I'm just getting ready to get back at it. ::ds:: Really nice knife, I like that one Bill, interesting sheath idea too. ::tu:: ::tu::

I could be wrong here, but it's my impression that El Lobo has passed.

His name was Bill Wolfe and he has been deceased for over three years now best I can calculate. The letters "BW" on the AAPK logo are in his honor.
