Schrade Old Timer 8OT

Evening everyone. I just came across an old Schrade 8OT and am very pleased.
I will attach photos. I am thinking that it may be mid to late 70's because of the sway to the body. It favors the early Schrade made Buck knives to me. I know Schrade Warden changed to Schrade in 1973. My best guess on this is 1974-1980ish. Any input would be appreciated.
Not a bad find for $15.00!!

I think your dates are about right, but slightly later on your earliest range that you gave. The size and shape of these knives did not change from 1960 to 2004.
