Can anybody give me details on this knife I recently found. I am unable to locate any information. The blade has "WM.ROGERS&SON .AA" on it and what appears to be a little anchor before the WM.
Any help woule be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Hello,

That is a fruit knife... Made to assist in eating fruit. I don't know a lot about them, but I will tell you what I know... They were generally made of silver, or at least silver plated so they wouldn't rust from the citric acid. The piointy blade is a seed or nut pick. I don't know who WM.ROGERS&SON is. I would guess that it would be somehow corelated with the Rogers Cutlery company who, according to Bernard Levine's "Levine's Guide to Knives and their Values" made silver plated fruit knives. Interesting knife for sure.
