Amazing what steel wool will do!!!

I really, really didn't want to delve into the measurable rust that coated this knife....I couldn't read the tang stamp.
Now.................at least you can read the tang stamp!!

Looks good Scott. I always keep a supply of steel wool in the shop. As your knife shows, it and a little elbow grease can work wonders.

Nice job Scott. I use steel wool as much as I use sandpaper. That old Camco turned out nice Left it with a nice patina on it!
