Sorry for the necropost, but I can answer this one if the OP is still around.
The knives appended with "B" are made by Bear, whereas the ones without are made by Queen; eg 3200 is the small trapper made by Queen, 3200B is the same knife made by Bear.
This is according to the gentleman on Ebay from whom I buy my Mooremaker knives.
Hope this helps,
Dan

That's a great question John.
Dan what's your opinion of the quality from the Bear made knives compared to the Queen models.? Since they are 1/2 price it would seem to be either a great buy or a lower grade than previously sold.?
It's been a while since I have owned any Moore Maker knives, I wonder if the older Queen made knives will be more collectable. I always enjoyed the yellow handled Moore Makers that were made by Camillus, they made excellent knives that got razor sharp.
Thanks,
Sunburst

Unfortunately, my firsthand experience like yours is limited to the Camillus-made knives. I'm really happy with those. Sadly, I discovered Moore Maker after the demise of Camillus.
Here's a quote from the aforementioned Ebay guy:
The 3205 knife you bought was made by Camillus. The blade steel is carbon. Camillus used a lot of 0170-6 in their knives so I suspect that is what was used in the Moore knives. 0170-6 is very similar to 1095. The 5202 is made by Queen and the 5202B is made by Bear & Son. I know Queen uses 1095 and Bear is supposedly using it as well. The knives made by Queen are much higher quality with a lot more old fashion hand work. Bear makes a decent knife but there is nothing like hand made.
If you're interested in getting a hold of some Moore Makers, I highly recommend him. Fair prices, ultrafast shipping, and great customer service. His name is Frank, eBay id knivesflacowboy. There's also another guy, sjeffers55, who is affiliated with Moore Maker and sometimes has seconds. He's another real good guy to deal with.
Of course, I have no interest here, but I've received good knives and good service from both.
I'm right now debating buying a small stockman but I don't know if I want to get one of the last remaining Camillus knives, try out the Bear & Son, or go the whole nine yards and get a Queen.
