My son, the one who majored in psychology, tells me I'm OCD. Not sure I believe him, but I do tend to arrange things in lines by size or color hue.

He sends me OCD problem photos every once in a while.

One was a gasoline pump, the dollar amount was 29.99 and the gallons register was 10 even.

I wrote back and told him everyone knows the round dollar amount was more important than the gallons.

I'm a little slow on a lot of things. I suppose that may be the reason that OCD is not one of my afflictions. I do however go off on a wild tangent every now and then and what bugs me so far is the first picture which appears to be a salt and pepper shaker with something else in it. The blue bead mixed with the red matters not because the entire shaker has been rendered useless by some foreign substance. Get them beads outta there.

Well Dave that's way above my pay grade but i am certainly thankful that you haven't ruined a perfectly good salt and pepper shaker.

A guy at work has a related problem: If he needs to sign an unlined paper or write on one, he uses a straight edge. Not the only symptom either.

When I was in school, I used to habitually arrange all the chalk pieces in that wooden tray beneath the blackboard, large to small, left to right.

I still arrange books on a shelf the same way. Cans in a cupboard, too.

The one blue sprinkle in the red side, would drive an OCD person wacky. They would have to dig it out and put it in the blue side, where it belongs. If the picture of it doesn't bother you, you therefore do not suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

The other pictures also have things disorderly or have an option that if you correct for one thing, it puts the other thing out of wack... hence, the nightmare.

Hope that helps!

Tommy, you might as well get your late night snacks lined up by size order now. If thunder should come without lightening you can always put 'em back where you got 'em.
