That's good advice from peanut740.
Most of the collectors in the specialty forums collect vintage knives as opposed to new knives. While there is certainly a large market for modern collectible knives it is pretty distinct from the interests of the vintage collectors (with some crossover).
All of the knives you've posted are actually post WWII knives authorized by, but not manufactured by Remington.
If you want to determine fair market value I would suggest that you search eBay's SOLD listings for similar knives in similar condition. Please note that I emphasised "SOLD" as opposed to "ENDED". A seller can ask whatever he likes but to determine fair market value you have to look for what the knife sold for. There are multiple listings on eBay for Beanie Babies listed at over $500,000, however, I don't think that many are selling for that,
