Found this one in my latest box of knives** -- Winchester,made in Japan ____ 12ga.Shotgun Shell Lock-back Knife -- clip blade & file / screwdriver blade --- very """KOOL"" ::nod::

Nice find! I have a couple of those with different markings on them. I believe they were originally made by Kershaw.
