Levine's Guide, page 423 lists Robert P. Rodgers, Jr, Acworth, Georgia, active 1973 to present, as of publication date.

He was born in 1940, so he'd be seventy-six or so.

He was assisted by Robert P. Rodgers, III, so I suppose it's possible he has continued the business.

Their knives were simply marked, "RODGERS".

Levine offered no data re' pattern numbers.

The OP knife is "ROGERS". No "D"

Thanks, Charlie. It is "Rogers", but that helped getting lots of contact info!
Hope to catch up to him tomorrow.

Pardon my error ::woot:: .

However, the "Rodgers" I referenced in LG-IV does not have a "D", either, so the info is correct. It's "Rogers".

So, let's go back to Levine's Guide, page 423 and find another:

Rodney Eric Rogers, Wildwood, Florida, active 1984 to present as of date of publication.

He was born in 1953.

However, his knives were marked, ROGERS / HANDMADE.

Which, I think, leaves us with Robert P Jr and the III.

Or, Richard Rogers, knifemaker and playwrite, which I sincerely doubt, based on the style of his knives.

Thanks Greg, but that RR stamps his "Rogers", not all caps. It is not Richard or Ray Rogers.
Acworth is very close to me, hope to have full info by end of week. I really like the red liners with the stag!
