Search for a thread?

I am having a difficult time with the search function. Is it possible to conduct a search for a thread title, without getting hits for every post within that thread? For example, I was trying to search for a thread on Schrade Cut Co, with that entered as a search function there were 229 hits. Having to page through all of those to find a specific thread title is no less onerous than manually scrolling through 24 pages of threads in the Knife Lore forum?

Dan, yes you can search for what you believe the title of the thread might be by doing this. Or you can search on the subject line in a specific forum. Let me know if this works out for you.

Set up your search like this:

I set it up to search on "Old Cutler" in the Topic Line and only in the Colonial Forum.
