Found this 110 Auto!!!

Hoyt Buck produced the first Buck Knife in 1902. Hoyt and his son Al moved to San Diego and set up shop as H.H. Buck & Son in 1947. Al Buck revolutionized the knife industry in 1964 with the infamous Model 110 Folding Hunter. The company's innovative history and attention to quality have made for many great collectible knives.

Found this 110 Auto!!!

Went into a local pawnshop today and found this knife. I do not know much about buck knives as I'm mainly a Case guy. I called up Robintn and got a quick education on this knife and decided to purchase it. The shop was asking 40.00 for it, after a little negotiating I walked out with it for $32.85!!!

The last knife I bought was a 110 auto, last week, from a friend, who knocked $100 off his price, and I still paid $200, and we are still friends. Nice work!!!!____Dave

The builders (there are several different ones) start with a factory Buck 110 and customize it to auto operation. Seems that Buck did their own once, but I'm not an auto collector so I'm unsure. OH

Buck never manufactured a 110 auto. They manufacture the Model 898 "Impact". Production began in 2015. If you look around, you can find one they usually can be purchased for about $140.00. The best Model 110 "aftermarket" conversions have a "round button" and are single action in function. This conversion is the most reliable and least prone to malfunction.
