schatt and morgan inventory closeouts

Post by mooseman »

does anybody have any info on the Schatt's that are marked inventory closeouts or something like that on the blade. I have been told that these were part of the annual 600 series that didn't sell and that they were rehandled. my question is, are these knives legitimate schatt knives that have been factory rehandled or were they done privately

Welcome to the AAPK mooseman!
I'm not real sure just what you are refering to. I've seen some inventory clean-up knives in the past 6 months or so on ebay. But I haven't seen anything that said they were rehandled series knives.
Where did you see this advertisement?

hey moose, they were'nt part of the limited productions, but were over runs and the blades are etched identifying them. similar to a second but not flawed. some good buys and they make a great carry.

Bryan at PGQuick has had several and is a good guy.

I know I've seen 'em...somewhere...with "Inventory Clean-Up" or something like that on the main blade...

Maybe like knowtracks said...on ebay?

I'll look around. Gotta love the Google.

I have had well over a couple dozen ebay transactions with him over time and regard him as one of ebay's finest. Always a first class guy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. Put him on your list of guys you can trust. ::tu:: ::tu:: ::nod::
