Might not be able to tell for sure with the blades broken off, however, Stewart and Ritchie show an R3185, 3 1/2", clip, spey, punch in red celluloid on page 115 of their price guide.

Other than the main blade being a little short
it looks like a pretty decent knife. What are your plans for it ?
