Ka-Bar D2

Post by kave89 »

Just got a new Ka-Bar 1282. It's a combat oriented knive made of D2 which has a RHC of 59-60. The handle has a non-slip coating called Kraton G. All of the metal is powder coated. It has a nice weight too. If I had the choice of any knife to take into a sticky situation with me, this would be it.

Hey Kave,

That is a bad to the bone looking fixed blade, I agree with you that if I have to go into combat this knife would be strapped on as I went out the door... ::tu:: 8)

Nice... ::tu::
