Rehandling Pearl Case Classic

A co-worker of mine has a 83 MOP Case Classic that he needs the front scale rehandled due to a crack. He's interested in having it pinned and the shield replaced. If anyone knows of a cutler that can take this project on I would appreciate it. He's already checked with Case and they won't do it.
