To me these are cheap junk and I have yet to see one that the handle was not cracked
Sold for; US $863.00This is a classic, vintage Rizzuto Estileto Milano Knife. This is not a knockoff or a reproduction. I have had it from at least the late 1960's - nearly half a century ago. It is in very good condition; its blade is strong and the mechanism is tight. Overall, it has a solid/well made feel. Like other Rizzutos, you need to press button hard on the brass button for it to operate, but it works well. The safety/lock works well to keep you from gelding yourself while fishing for change in your trouser pocket! The blade does not appear to have been sharpened, and neither the point nor the blade are nicked or bent. I'd clean, polish, and lubricate it (after 50 years!), but I'll leave that up to you. I'd rate its condition as probably a 9 or 9+. I'm not a knife guy, so please review the photos carefully. Its priced competitively. It measures 7¾ inches overall with a 3½ inch blade.
Buy it and enjoy it. I have. I actually carried this on me during Vietnam (at KheSahn, etc.), then in Latin America, and in the 1990's on the southern edge of the Sahara in the Sahel as well as the great desert.
