USN PAL MARK 1 & KA-BAR MK2

Post by galvanic1882 »

I got this knife in a batch i bought a few days ago and want to know if the handles came from the factory like this? I don't remember ever seeing one like this before but I don't know alot about these.

I also got the MK2 in the batch and did not know the age of it? The marks are on the guard and not the blade.

I don't have sheaths or scabbards for either of them.

Any help would be appreciated, Mike

I believe the Pal has been re-handled, and a nice job of it too.

The Ka-Bar is WWII era or slightly later, very nice condition on that one ::tu::
