This seems to be a subject that comes up often in this forum. The cover story in this months Knife World is devoted to celluloid. It's creation and refinement. Very interesting reading and well written. I don't know if this is posted on line or not, but if not certainly worth trying to run a copy down if you have interest in the subject.
