Hey guys, I'm on vacation all week and got my honeydoos sorta caught up so I thought I would take a few pics of my late 70's Stag and my other love....Antique glass and bottles. Hope you enjoy! Kelley

Nice looking stags the Mr. Smoke!

I just rooted through my knife room looking for Red Letter fixed blades. I found 13 sets of stag fixed blades but none were Red Letter...sorry

Thanks for lookin Perry, seems to be the norm. Should have bought one years ago when I had the chance. Blue Scroll and Razor edge are easy but 78 red letter is something else! Thanks again, Kelley

You are right Kelly, it's hard to find the Red Letter fixed blades. Oddly, they made the same amount of Grey Etch, Blue Scroll, and the Red Letter. Each year there were 5,000 sets made. I'll keep looking.

Awesome stag and bottles, I am a huge fan of both, I used to dig in old wells and outhouses searching for bottles. You'd be suprised at what people threw down "honey holes". I have several laudanum bottles and 2 Shiloh's Consumption (now called TB) Cure's bottles. Thanks so much for sharing Kelley.

Thanks again guys. I traded and sold a lot of good knives to amass my collection of Stag so it is kinda bitter sweet. I wish I had them all back!

Perry, the bottles and military bowl pictured here range in age from early 1860's to late 1880's.
