Tactical Pens

Post by Camillus »

Does anyone have a Tactical Pen?

I just purchased a UZI-TACPEN6-GM Defender Aircraft Aluminum Tactical Pen with Glassbreaker and Cuff Key, Gun Metal.

These are legal to carry on airplanes and other places where knives and concealed guns are not permitted.

Great self defence tool when used accordingly.

8) I have to carry a pen everyday at work in my shirt pocket when I'm out and about. So I picked up one of these Fury Tactical Pens with interchangeable striking ends, which I thought would be Cool! Tried carrying it for a few days and I decided it was just to Heavy and Cumbersome in my shirt pocket. ::shrug::

I have been thinking of buying one, but can't decide which one. I checked out a CRKT model. Don't need a cuff key, always carry one on my keyring. I want the lightest one available, with refills easy to get.

Legal on airplanes huh? Good information Ted.

Too heavy for shirt pocket? More good information.

Thanks fellers.

I have 2 different brands 1 is a Colt from SMKW, the other is Guardian (inexpensive from Dick's). They carry comfortably clipped to front pants pocket. Next I will purchase 1 that is higher quality. Has anyone actually carried one on an airplane?
