Most of the Camillus catalogs are from Tom William’s collection. Before he was a tech savvy he would have someone scan the catalogs to a disc and then sent the discs to me so I could copy it or organize the info, in some cases, before sending it on to Larry for adding to the site. Some of the catalogs and things come from Larry’s collection and a few from mine. We just all worked together and made a big pile of information for everyone to access if they were interested in Camillus knives. My contribution was minimal, Tom had the majority of the material and Larry is the Web Master who makes it work!

Go on in and look around. There are all sorts of Camillus nuggets buried in there!

Your site is impressive Vitali!
I see you have copies of the old Camillus web pages.
Do you know when they were copied, or were they copied over a period of time?
As I recall only parts of the site was working before it was closed down.
I managed to copy some pages, but nowhere near all of them.
It is limited in its usefulness as I only had Word of save it in at that time.

I have a copies from 2000 to 2007. I have used as the basis the old Camillus site and created my site in the same design. I used some elements of the old site, but the HTML-code has been altered almost completely. Now it is optimized and faster to load. In addition, my website contains information about very many knives that have never been present on the Camillus website. And it is constantly being added and updated .

You are to be complemented on the fine job you have done at preserving the history and information!
I noticed that your pages loaded faster than the old web pages, now I understand why.
I will put your link in the other thread on Tidbits of Camillus History where the link to Collectors of Camillus is posted.
