I received a call from a fella that knows I love old knife items. He lived in Little Valley NY and had this stamp. He offered to sell it to me. I researched it and believe that it is a stamp used on the leather of sheath knives. I discussed with Bernard Levine and he agrees that it is a possibilty, but I need proof. All I need is verification that indeed it is. If you have a Cat Sheath knife with this emblem could you post a pic. If someone wants to buy this stamp, let me know and I ll help you out.
Pretty neat stuff.
