Brother and Sister?

Both of these Utica with UTICA arched over Cutlery Co Utica NY. The black one is marked on both blades the pearl one only on the master. Any way to date or value? They have not been cleaned or anything, I guess just in this old sock for years.

Not sure but they are sure nice looking knives.
