I've got a few Kabar knives that have always been good users. Recently I read here that dogs head knives were considered the premium line for Kabar folders. I'd like to track one down and try it out. I've read recent ones are made by Canal Street, and are good knives. That's excellent, but I'm wanting to hunt down one made by Kabar.
So gents, educate me a bit please. Are there varying degrees of the dogs head? Better years than others, better eras? What made Kabar use the dogs head? Much to learn!
