Does anyone have a good source for mammoth ivory or walrus ivory?

Boone Trading Company http://www.boonetrading.com/MammothIvory.html has been my go-to source for such things for a long time. There are other sources, but they tend to not have as steady a supply.

With things like mammoth ivory, buy them when you see them. The supply is inconsistent and subject to a number of interfering factors, the supply "chain" is more like a tin-can telephone; what you can get today you may never see again.
