Has anyone heard of a custom fixed blade knife maker by the name of Andrews?

A friend of mine has a fixed blade about 9 inches long with a wolfs head at the end of the handle. It has Andrews 1992 on the tang.

Any help would be appreciated.

There were a couple listed in books...

Don, Eric, and Russ...with Russ being the most renowned, I believe. Nothing about a lobos' head...

Best I could find.

Thanks Bill. All I came up with in my search was Russ,but I can't find a tang stamp to match it with.. Heres some pics,maybe someone will recognize the name or style..
