Camillus question.. carbon

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

ok im new to old style pocket knives, and trying to aquire a camillus stockman in carbon steel. not finding definative info on what to look for. when buying from ebay, i cant hold the knife in hand so i have to reply on photos.

is it safe to say just look for blades without "stainless" stamped on, and are not their latest stamp like example below?

im trying to find a model 66, 67 or similar. large stockman with 1095 carbon steel (clip, spey & sheepsfoot). thanks

Personally, I look for rust. But for a user, I place preferred steel over cosmetics.
Quality should not be an accident. So what is the explanation for some of the knives we've seen in the past few years? (from A Knifebuyer's Manifesto)

The absence of a "stainless" stamp does not mean that it is carbon steel.
Model #66 produced before the end of the 70's and had a carbon steel.
Model #67 in the early 90's received stainless steel.
In the picture shows a tang stamp from 1989 to the close.
