Camillus Close Quarters Battle Knife Replacement

Greetings, I am trying to find a repalcement for the Camillus Close Quarters Battle Knife. I plan to carry it on the AP Trail this spring. No guns are allowed so I quess it will be used for everything. I will also carry a folder for food preperation. I like the sheath to be multi carry and the blade to be 154 or 34 steel.
