ironwood cane

Post by gringo »

this is a found object, estate sale....less than a dollar.... ::ds::
this handmade cane was ugly...but!!!! no power tools involved...hand formed from a single branch..
rare to find a 3 ft. straight lenght of ironwood...
the cane had been varnished....bad bad bad...so i attacked it with some steel wool...

then i lathered on some beeswax...used solar heat to soften up the wax for polish...{110 temp. does the job fast.}
