Remington scouts
http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-BOY-SCO ... 3a728bb1e4 Here is an interesting variation of the Remington scout. This knife has a pattern number R3333 in stead of RS3333. I've seen a few like this. I have one right now in parts condition. This one is pretty nice.

Re: Remington scouts
Too bad it's peppered because it doesn't look like it has been sharpened.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Re: Remington scouts
I was going to bid, but if you are, I won't. No point I running up the price. I have one RS3333 that has no numbers, just Remington tang stamps and an acorn scout shield. It dates to 1922/23. I really want a Remington girl scout, but the prices are awful!

Yes, I too would like to see it cleaned up and put with my other knives. Sadly it got up to more than I was willing to pay.
