Got some of my German pocket knives out for cleaning, so I snapped a picture. You will notice in the bottom row there is an Owl Head Brand. My daughter bought it for me because the seller told her they were made in Germany. I didn't have the heart to tell her the truth, so it is part of my collection. God Bless Her, it's the thought that counts!
