TEXAS STYLE

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

In addition to another "amen", I have to say "wow"! That is impressive. Being able to see it from so many miles away certainley gives folks an opportunity to reflect on what they are seeing as they approach the cross on the hiway. Thanks MrBlister for sharing that site with us. Treefarmer

Very impressive. I have not seen or heard of that massive cross before.
Thanks for posting.

It is awesome. I live about 23 miles from it and I know the engineer that designed and built it. He felt the calling and sunk his heart into it. If you are ever on I-40 in the Texas panhandle, take a few and visit this Holy place. It is well worth it. ::nod::

I live in Pampa.

The man that built it, Steve Thomas, is the father of the all pro Miami Dolphin linebacker Zach Thomas.
