BLACKBURN-RUSSEL CO.
WHOLESALE MERCHANTS
AGENTS FOR THE TEXAS CO.

i know it's probably an inexpensive promotional give away type knife but i was looking for a mfrng time fame. i'm guessing late 50s to closing.
