Queen- Excellent Customer Service

The Queen Cutlery Company manufactured knives in Titusville Pennsylvania for 96 years. The company opened its only factory there in 1919 and commenced to make some of the best US crafted cutlery you will find. Unfortunately, the Titusville manufacturing plant closed down in 2018.

I lost the emblem out of a Queen Mountain Man, one of several that I rotate in my pockets. Sent an e-mail a couple hours ago and just got a pleasant reply. They are sending a new one tomorrow- Free. Just had to pass along a good word. Don't get fast and friendly customer service too often these days. Greg

Nice to give a shout out to the ones that still care! Pennsylvania boys know how to treat a customer. ;)
