easton show

Post by eckurz »

I was there Sunday, at least I got to meet Chet.
I was a little disappointed at the number of vendors..unless some bailed on Sunday. I went past Saturday on my way to the Celtic fest in Bethlehem, looked like more cars there than Sunday..
Still had a good time, bought 2 knives a Pro-tech auto and a damascus handmade fantasy knife(my wife fell in love lol).
Its still nice to go and meet people and talk about old knives.
Hey Chet, you never said you ride a wing..I ride 2002 Valkyrie myself.

hi ed. i had the same impression about too many vacant tables on sunday. according to steve, they were more vendors on saturday.

i am in the process of trying to sell my goldwing, too big and heavy for my bad back to maneuver in tight spaces and inching it forward at stop signs and red lights with my legs down. i did plenty of miles on that wing, a few crosscountry trips also. best highway bike out there. i still ride my bmw cruiser tho. its a 1200 and 300 lbs lighter. i won't give up riding, and i wont go to a trike either,,, not just yet anyways.
i hope to bump into you again, take care. chet
