menefee humpback skinner specs,8.0 open--3.5 in. blade--154 cpm alloy & micarta handle with 3.0 oz. weigh
the pioneer one time gutted, went thru ribs & skinned 2 whitetails--still scrape hair. i would expect the menefee to do a little better plus its stainless. personally i prefer a patina on my blades but most younger guys like stainless.--HiPower
