Leatherman 300 Super tool vs. SOG Power Assist ?

Hello all,

Well, I laid down my 15 yr. old Leatherman the other day and somehow it grew legs and walked, maybe ran away. So, I'm in the market for a new multi-tool and wanted some opinions on the subject before I go plunk down $70 or $80 on a new tool.

I know I want American made and I think I've narrowed my search down to the two mentioned in the heading ...... but I'm not 100 % sure.

Please give me your thoughts & opinions on a good, well made multi - tool.
