I got these recently, i was told thet are leather making knives for shoes,they came from serbia,

The top knife looks like a gardener's budding/grafting knife. The bottom appears to have a bottle opener and foil cutter.

That budding knife is marked Delta Solingen Germany. Delta is a Hugo Linder brand. Linder makes some pretty nice knives from what I have heard.
