I don't have a knife pic here and I don't have a funny parioty on the movie theme, but by far my favorite movie is "Jeremiah Johnson"

don't get me going on this one.

I wanted to be a mountian man was I was teenager. 50 hawken gun and all. Now I just like knives. I guess I turned out alright

Here I figured a fellow from PA would appreciate a little coal in the winter...

Besides, if you just keep squeezing that lump for, oh, 100 years or so, it will become a diamond, and you can make someone almost as happy as finding an Ashmore.....Wharncliffe of course.

COOL, right up my alley! I built a couple smoke poles many years ago from kits, Kentucky Rifles and squirrel guns. I also built a .50 and a .54 cap and ball Hawken from Thompson Center Arms. Dang, they are a lot of fun. One of my favorite movies too! I think the knives they carried back then were fantastic, probably why I like the knives/leatherwork from Chuck Burrows. You can look at some of his frontier crafted knives and leather goods at http://www.wrtcleather.com and I think he designs everything form the 1840's and on timeframe. OK back to knives! ::blah::
