A Pair Of Queen City Classics

I bought a Queen City Classics canoe a while ago from Cumberland Knife Works and was impressed with the workmanship and the 1095 steel blades. I just ordered and received a mini-trapper with the same steel and strawberry bone scales.

those are some of my favorite knives queen has ever made.
i got a full set of the canoes a few years ago, but i waited too long on the trappers, and a full set is basically impossible to find.
i think 100 of each canoe was made and 50 of each trapper, although i think cumberland's website says 100.
they recently made some stag "queen city" patterns for smokey mountain knife works, but they blades have a satin finish rather than polished.

JohnnieR -- At 4-1/2" they're big old honkers but most don't give up looks for size. My favorite is this S&M Series 2, Edition 3.

I have this S&M that looks a bit like the QCCC's. .....its from the 18th (XVIII) series.

The QCCC are really well made. I wonder how rare they will be since Queen ran such low numbers of them.

Well, there ya go. You already have an English Jack.

All the knives in that Series XVIII are awesome. I would love to have all the knives in that series. I have a little start because I already have the Horticulturist.
