Re: Gartman Fixed Blade
I have attached some pictures of the knives I'm trying to identify. The lenghth of the bowie is 14" long and the other one is 12" . From the info I received these were made from car springs by MD Gartman? Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks

I just saw this posting... MD Gartman was my dad. He's been gone 16 years this week. How fun to see his knives are still in use. We were pretty proud of him

Nice looking knives! The first one was a little reminiscent of another Texan's knife (Jim Pugh) and some of Rod Schapel's earlier stuff.
