Frontier Bone
I am still a rookie when it comes to GEC's. Why do I not see any frontier bone knives posted. Sometimes I knida like this material next time I don't. Maybe I just answered my own question.

I think it's a matter of personal taste, but you're right, you don't see too much of it posted.
I personally find it to be a bit too "neutral" for my taste - there are just too many other interesting flavors, so why pick vanilla?
Just my opinion, of course … I'm sure there are some Frontier Bone lovers out there …

Re: Frontier Bone
The Frontier Bone,is just too ""Plain Jane"" to me and on the Tidioute brand, with no,ringed or slanted bolsters to help out the looks,it just stays""Plain Jane""
______maybe some nice ""jiggin'"" would help ?????? and like Edge, said ""with others to choose from,it just don't get to go ""dancing"" to often
_________seems I remember, one of the dealers said it was a good seller though????
if that's the case, why won't someone, show some photos????______I only have the one Sunfish, that I got in a trade, along with the Burnt Grizzly------they are both in, the same price range,so which would you choose,if you could only have the one ??????????
I'm not young enough,____to know everything !!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Frontier Bone
I have one that came hot of the line before any dealer got one.
It took me 20 mins to pull the trigger on this one. I got her due to the 3 colors that makes me keep looking at her. She is like a good painting to me. I looked at others why all I was visiting and just this one had that. Yes you have to have this in hand to get a real good look.
Note the first photo left cornor. the clear look then the white look, then the brown look.
I call her my 3 tone

Re: Frontier Bone
Thank you very much paulsvintage.
Yes the color seems to be right on her.
I took 30 min.s looking at them and this #21 looked like a winner.
I wish I was there when to ELK handled was running on line.
I am working on getting a ELK Toothpick.
