Scrap Yard Knives

Post by TKC »

I don't know if you guys are aware of another offspring of the Busse family of knives; Scrap Yard Knives.This is my first venture into the Busee family of knives; which is something that I have been wanting to do. I bought myself a CG (Combat Grade) Scrapper 6. This is a great knife! It has 6 1/2 inches of blade, and the handle is Resiprene C. This is the best handle material that I have had the pleasure of having!! The Scrapper 6 CG comes sterile; meaning that it does NOT have a logo. As a side note, if you have a Rnager RD 6, the sheath for this knife fits the Scrapper 6. I feel totally spoiled by this knife. I LOVE this knife. DO check out Scrapper knives.

Since I have started this topic, I have acquired another Scrap Yard Knife; the Street Scrapper 4!! This one has an INFI blade!

8) Everytime I go on the Scrapyard web site, the Scrapper 6 knives are

sold out. ::shrug:: When do they have them in stock?

They release one batch of knives at a time. The first knives released were the Scrapper 6, then the Street Scrapper 4, which had an INFI blade, then the Dog Father. I don't know when they are going to make more Scrapper 6's. I DO know that they will NOT be making any more INFI Street Scrapper 4's; but will be making them in SR77. I hope this helps.

8) Thanks! TKC, I guess I just have to pay attention for their next

release. I have to agree with you, that Scrapper 6 is one sweet fixed

blade ::tu::

[/b] Yeah, you really need to keep a watch on Scrap Yard, to see what is going to be released, and when!! I belong to that site, and they gave US a pre- notice notice. The Dog Father looks sweet, but I am saving for a custom that IS going to be ready soon.
